Keeping everyone in one house rather than scattered across hotel floors makes the whole stay run better — you’re back together at the end of the day without having to plan around it, and it works out more cost-effective than separate rooms once you’re looking at more than a couple of weeks.
Because we manage a small number of homes directly, we can keep the standard consistent across all of them — you know roughly what you’re arriving to before you get there, which isn’t something you can always say about short-let listings. And because stays are built around the length of the contract rather than a fixed minimum, you’re not paying for flexibility you don’t need or losing it when you do.
